Andrew released his debut solo single (under his own name) on 12th August 2002, on limited CD.
The title track, which is a heavy, plodding, electronic track, is a song about infidelity – the sneaking out at night for an affair – and getting away with it. The track was instigated when Andrew was invited by the members of band Alighting, to submit a song to an up-coming MacMillan Cancer Support charity compilation, which would be launched in Cambridge, UK, at a fundraising launch concert. Whilst Andrew did not perform at the concert, he did attend, supporting the other artists from the album, and his track was featured on the compilation named Skyline Songs.
Adding Finding My Feet, which was heavily influenced by Alanis Morissette‘s music, especially her hit Thank You. The single also saw the first appearance of Matthew Youens (as MJY) providing mixes. This collaboration would last several productive years.
The single was reissued in February 2009, when it was added to digital stores and streaming sites.
